2013 Is Here - - What Are Your Fitness Goals?


I cannot believe it is 2013 already!  I love the feeling that a New Year is a brand new start!

I just started a 30-day “Lifestyle Shift” program.  (I hate to call anything a diet!)  It’s all about choosing the right foods, eliminating irritating ones and resetting your metabolism.  I’m only on day 4 and I have already noticed a change in my energy levels and I am sleeping like a baby!  So far so good!
