July 4th Favorites and Make it Yours Day {22}

June 23, 2010

Here a couple of festive ideas from last week’s projects to get you in the mood for the upcoming 4th of July holiday.

DSC_0026[1]Miss Fergie at Creative Urges shared a tutorial for a festive patriotic wreath.

bday-runner-cake-hot-pads-064-188x300[1] Staci at Just Sew Sassy showed us how to make these cute red, white and blue oven mitts.  Perfect for all that holiday cooking and grilling.

ceasar2[1] Kristin at Holy Cannoli Recipes shared her recipe for Caesar Salad with Flank Steak burgers.  I think this will be on the July 4th menu at my house this year.  Yum!

DSCF6816_thumb%5B7%5D[1] Jenni from Shared from Way Over Here  showed us an adorable red, white and blue dress she recycled from one of her husband’s shirts.  Super cute!
