A Berry Good Season

 Berry Bushes
We planted these raspberry bushes a couple of years ago.  This year it looks like we’re going to have a bumper crop.  I can already taste the berry cobblers, jam and fresh berries on my cereal in the morning.  That is if my kids stop picking and eating each berry as it ripens!!

Raspberries
What are you looking forward to eating this Spring and Summer?

  1. I planted cherry trees in my yard and am anxious to pick those and start baking with them. Perhaps that will be a future blog topic. Looks great!!

  3. I remember making ice cream with mine back when I had raspberries and when my ice cream maker worked. Those look luscious - nothing beats home grown...

  5. Yum! I wouldn't be able to resist eating them as they ripen either! *lol* We have a wild raspberry bush in our backyard and I can't wait until they're ready to pick ~ another few weeks I think. I've never had a raspberry plant before so I'm quite excited!
