Make it Yours Highlights #3

February 15, 2010

Oh my gosh, what cleverness!  44 fabulous projects were linked up to Make It Yours day last week!  Such creativity and amazing ideas!  Looking through all of your projects really inspires me!  It was so hard to choose, but  here are a few highlights from the great projects linked up this week.

Make it Yours Day!

Sew Much Ado showed us how to make a ruffled toddler skirt out of an old T-shirt.   Along with a great tutorial, she also has a super cute model with chubby little legs.

Jennifer at All Things Pink and Crafty, made this adorable picture block.  I love the distressing on this adorable project.

Check out this different take on a beaded votive from Holy Craft.  I love this idea!  I have some bushes to prune and I know what I’m going to be doing with the trimmings now!

The Decorating Diaries made this fabric covered folding screen from scratch!  She’s got some talent with the tools!

My friend Cha Cha at Sit Relax and Read showed us how she’s helping out with a friend’s wedding by making these festive centerpieces from dollar store votive candles.
