So tomorrow, I'm calling the pest control people and canceling our service. They've been spraying every other month all around our house and yard for the past ten years. If you've never seen a pest service in action, they take a hose and literally douse your yard with pesticide. I just found two little garter snakes in the backyard and I don't want to kill their breakfast. It can't be good for the birds either.....so here goes my first step toward my organic backyard garden. Bye bye pest sprayer guy!
I'm really not looking forward to that first ant infestation though.
